What happens in my first class?
Your first class begins with a body index assessment and a brief check-in about how your body feels today. Couch guides you through foundational movements at a comfortable pace — no pressure to perform. You will leave feeling clearer about your body and more confident about returning.
What happens in the free 1:1 consultation?
The consultation is a relaxed 15-minute conversation where we discuss your goals, any stiffness or concerns, and your schedule. You will receive a personalised class recommendation and answers to any questions — completely free and with no obligation.
Is the consultation available online or face-to-face?
Both. You can choose an online video consultation from anywhere in Hong Kong, or meet face-to-face at our studio location. Both options are equally thorough and personal.
Are beginners welcome?
Absolutely. Most of our clients start as complete beginners. Every class is designed to meet you where you are, with modifications offered throughout.
Which class is best for stiffness or poor posture?
Yoga Wheel & Yoga are ideal for releasing tight shoulders, hips, and back. Pilates builds core stability for better posture. A free consultation can help you choose the best starting point.
What should I prepare before class?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring water and a small towel. Mats and props are provided. Arrive 5 minutes early for your first visit.
How do I book?
Use our online booking form to select your service, preferred date and time, and consultation mode. You will receive an email confirmation within minutes. You can also reach us via WhatsApp or email.
